Terms of Service
These terms apply to use of the M.W. WEBS Electrica website and to estimate requests sent through it. They do not set a price, a deposit, a warranty period, or a refund rule, because those items are not published here.

Purpose of the site
The website explains electrical services offered for discussion, describes how a request is handled, and collects information so M.W. WEBS Electrica can decide whether to continue the conversation. It is not a store, a booking calendar, or a live dispatch board.
A request is not a contract
Sending the form, placing a call, or receiving an automatic or human reply does not create an agreement to perform work, confirm an appointment, lock a price, or guarantee that service is available at a given time. A contract exists only if both sides later agree on the scope, the price, and the time, in a writing that says so. Payment terms, if any, belong in that later writing.
Availability
Whether a visit can be offered depends on the property address and the task. Work is limited to the United States. That is not a promise to serve every location in the United States, every city, or every state. See Service Areas.
Emergency electrical service is available 24 hours. That statement is about availability to take the request. It is not a guaranteed arrival time, a same-day promise, or a response-time SLA.
Scope, timing, and changes
The work, the schedule, and the cost are set in the later agreement. This site does not guarantee arrival time, a fixed fee before inspection, or a completion date. If the building's condition changes the plan, the scope is updated before extra work is treated as included.
Access to the property
If a visit is scheduled, someone with authority must provide safe access to the rooms and the electrical equipment involved. M.W. WEBS Electrica is not responsible for delay caused by locked rooms, missing keys, or occupants who cannot be reached at the agreed time.
Information on the pages
Service pages are written to help you request a professional review. They are not instructions for working on live electrical systems. You are responsible for not treating the text as a substitute for a site visit.
Illustrated photographs are generated scenes. They are not photographs of M.W. WEBS Electrica employees or of completed client jobs, and they are not evidence of past projects.
Intellectual property
The site's text, layout, logo, and original graphics belong to M.W. WEBS Electrica unless a caption says otherwise. You may not copy the site to operate a competing service listing. You may share a page link.
External links
If a page later links to another website, M.W. WEBS Electrica does not control that site and is not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, M.W. WEBS Electrica is not liable for damages that come only from using or being unable to use this website, including lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be limited. These terms do not limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including liability for work later performed under a separate agreement.
This website does not claim approval by Google or any other search service, and it does not promise rankings or traffic.
The law that applies to a later work agreement will be stated in that agreement. Questions about website use can be sent through the contact channel.
Updates
These terms can be updated. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms for website use. Existing work agreements are not changed by a website edit unless both sides agree.
