How We Work

A request is a conversation with a sequence. Nothing on this page is a contract, a booked slot, or a promise of same-day arrival. Emergency electrical service is available 24 hours; that still is not a guaranteed response time.

The sequence

02

The address and the task are checked

Travel is reviewed from the location you gave. Work is limited to the United States. The task is checked against the published services. If either does not fit, that is the reply.

03

A short discussion

Missing pieces are asked for: photos, access, whether walls are open, who can be present. This happens by email or phone.

04

A visit, when the paper is not enough

Some jobs can be scoped in writing. Others need the panel or the wall in view. A visit is offered only after travel and access are agreed.

05

Scope and cost

You get a written description of the work and the price for that description. Changes later are a new agreement, not an assumed extra.

06

A time is set

Scheduling follows the agreed scope and the building's access. There is no published arrival window on this site.

07

The work is done

The circuit is de-energized where the task requires it. The work stays inside the written scope unless you agree to a change on the spot, in writing if the change is material.

08

Check and handoff

Devices are checked, the area is left in a usable state, and you get a plain account of what changed and what still needs your attention, if anything.

What you should have ready

  • A way to describe the room or equipment
  • A ZIP code or city for travel
  • Photos taken from a safe distance
  • Word on who can provide access

Start with the request

The form is the first step for planned work. A submitted note is not a booking.
