Privacy Policy

This policy describes how M.W. WEBS Electrica handles personal information collected through this website. The site uses a contact form that sends your request to a handler on the same website. It does not use advertising or analytics tags.

Who operates this site

This website is operated by M.W. WEBS Electrica. Office: 32 E 31st St, New York, NY 10016, United States. Contact: [email protected] and +1 (212) 684-5354. You may also use the contact form.

What information the form collects

The estimate form asks for:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, if you choose to provide one
  • Service needed
  • ZIP code or city
  • Project details that you type
  • Your consent to use those details to review the request

The page also includes a hidden honeypot field. It is used only to ignore automated fills. The site does not ask for payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or account passwords.

Together with a request, the site may also receive the URL or path of the page from which the request was sent. That is not a field you fill in.

Why the information is used

Form data is used to respond to service and estimate requests, communicate with you, evaluate requested electrical work, discuss scheduling, continue an estimate conversation, and keep a reasonable business record of the request. It is not used to build a marketing list on this site, and this site does not run advertising pixels.

How the form is delivered

The browser sends the form to a PHP handler on this website. That handler emails the submitted fields to [email protected]. The recipient address is set on the server and is not taken from the form. The hosting company that serves the files can see ordinary server logs such as IP address, time, and requested URL. Those logs belong to the host's systems, not to a tag placed by this site.

The public pages do not call third-party fonts, maps, video hosts, or analytics scripts.

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set optional cookies and does not store form contents in localStorage or sessionStorage. See the Cookie Policy.

Retention

Requests are kept as needed to reply, schedule, and keep a business record of the job discussion. A specific retention period is not published here.

Protection

The form script sends data only to the configured endpoint on this host and does not print your entries to the browser console. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This policy does not promise that unauthorized access is impossible.

Requests about your data

If you have questions about information submitted through this website, write to [email protected] or use the contact form and say that the message is about privacy. Identity checks may be needed before records are discussed. This policy does not guarantee deletion, correction, or a specific response time.

Children

The site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If the form, the endpoint, or the technologies on the site change, this policy will be updated and the date above will change.
