The GDPR states that we can continue with our retention policy if an account is banned or services have been withdrawn/terminated by MWWebs. This can be any or all of the following data held: Email address, IP address, Personally identifiable photos/images/posts, Personally identifiable information aka PII, Photo verification image. However, as a responsible data controller, we will always be mindful of people’s privacy, whether you have been banned or not. This means we will never release stored PII on any accounts. After being banned or having services withdrawn, the account shall remain in a hidden state and not accessible.

Email opt-in preferences under GDPR

As required by law, our marketing communications will have to change in order to be compliant. You will have the option to opt in to receive marketing emails where we may include offers and sales by third parties in emails. You will not need to amend anything for transactional emails (such as notification emails or mail regarding site messages).
